A number of changes have been announced at Culture Vannin.
Geoff Corkish MLC has been appointed vice-chairman of the government agency, whose mission is to take island culture forward in innovative and creative ways.
Charles Guard, the former administrator, film-maker, musician and composer, has moved to a new role as archives and projects manager. His role will see him concentrate on film, oral history and publishing, and he will be responsible for updating Culture Vannin’s website with a rich archive of recordings made over the decades.
Dr Breesha Maddrell moves from her work as Manx music development officer to acting director.
