Friday, March 30

• A series of Easter specials will take place at the Southern swimming pool during the holidays. They include an Easter quiz, (costing £1 to enter proceeds go to Rebecca House). A gift voucher is available (from March 30 to April 15); at £4.50 it includes entry to the pool for a child, a pizza and a chocolate gift. There are two crash course swimming programmes for children both enrolled and not enrolled in lessons at the pool. There is also a ‘rookie’ life guard programme about water skills and safety. • The Castletown and District Over 60s Club is holding a coffee morning from 10am to 11.30am in Castletown Civic Centre. Admission, at £1. Also a dance night on Saturday, from 7.30pm in Morton Hall, Castletown. Dji s ‘Hovis’ playing music from the 1950s and 1960s. The event is open to anyone aged 21 and over. Admission is £2, just pay at the door, and bring your own drinks.

• Egg-stra Special Easter Hunt at Milntown The Hunt is on daily from Saturday 31st March – Sunday 15th April, (except Tuesdays) 10.00am – 4.30pm when visitors to Milntown will be able to take part in the Easter Hunt in aid of local charity Crossroads Care Isle of Man.

• Harry Potter charity event including travel on the Wizard Express and themed activities, trains depart Douglas and Port Erin Railway Stations to go to King William’s College.
