Flybe has announced yet more bad news for the island.
Four summer-only routes from the Isle of Man to Bristol, Luton, Jersey and Southampton have been withdrawn, it announced this evening (Wednesday).
A press statement says: ‘Passengers affected by these changes are being contacted and offered, where possible, an alternative Flybe flight or a full refund on their ticket.’
The news comes after Flybe announced it was to cut its base in the island, with the loss of 49 jobs, and comes after it pulled out of Gatwick, which means the four-times-a-day service from Ronaldsway will end in March.
