A CLEANING UP exercise to free space on the airwaves for the introduction of the latest generation 4G fast broadband services means television viewers will need to retune later this month.
The switch comes on Wednesday, November 14, and for those using the Douglas transmitter should be complete by 6am ready for them to retune. Some local relay transmitters however could be off air until later in the afternoon and retuning will need to take place after this.
