Police are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision in the area of the Garey Bridge, Jurby Road, Lezayre.
It happened at 6.25pm on Tuesday and involved two vehicles, a blue Ford Fiesta and a silver Mitsubishi.
It is believed that a grey hatchback overtook a group of horse riders at the time of the incident.
Police want anyone who saw this incident and the driver of the grey hatchback to contact the Ramsey station on 812234.
