TT organisers have released a condition update on the three riders currently receiving treatment following accidents during qualifying this week.
Local sidecar racer Brian Kelly is described as stable following an accident at Ballacraine in Wednesday evening’s qualifying session. He suffered slight concussion in the incident.
Passenger Jason O’Connor was uninjured.
Mark Herbertson of Hexham is likely to be discharged this evening and will return home following the accident at the Mountain Box in Tuesday’s Lightweight session
Blackpool’s Roy Richardson, who came off a 550 Aprilia at Ballagarey in Thursday’s session is described as serious but stable.
He has fractures to both legs, pelvis and back. The multiple Classic MGP winner was flown to a hospital in Liverpool early Friday morning.
