• ‘8 Degrees’: Isle of Man College BA (Hons) Fine Art Degree Show featuring the work of eight final year students.  Exhibition at the Sayle Gallery, Harris Promenade, Douglas and also at the Villa Marina Arcade and the Strand Shopping Centre, May 18-26.

• A 100-year history of Parliament Street, Ramsey. Quayles Hall, Ramsey. Until May 20.

• Sarah Quayle-Smith solo exhibtion at the Villa Marina from April 30 till June 11. A show of Manx Abstract Paintings and Jazz Abstract Paintings. These paintings are are meant to evoke feelings within the viewer. • Pictures without Paint, Digital Paintings by Martyn Cain. Noble’s Hospital until June 10.

• Manx Motorsport, new Our Sporting Life display, Manx Museum, Douglas. Until September 29.

• Mountain Milestones, House of Manannan, open daily 10am-5pm. Until June 10.

• ‘Four Elements’ by Roberto Edmunson-Harrison, Erin Arts Centre, Port Erin. Until May 28.

• Mannin Quilters Exhibition, Ballabeg Methodist Chapel Sunday School, 10am-4.30pm. Admission £2 including refreshments. Sunday, noon-4.30pm.

• The Family Library is to host an exhibition of contemporary children’s book illustrations curated by Children’s Laureate Julia Donaldson.The exhibition, featuring the work of 16 illustrators, will take place at the library, in Westmoreland Road, Douglas, from 8th May to 2nd June.

• IOM College Degree Show, Sayle Gallery, Douglas. Until May 23.
