David Knight’s hopes of lifting the 2015 SuperEnduro World Championship title took a battering in Guadalajara, Mexico on Saturday.
With Poland’s Taddy Blazusiak registering another overall win, he is now well in control of the series.
Knighter finished fourth in the first prestige race, fifth in race two and seventh in race three to finish fifth on the night.
Still second, he is now only three points ahead of fellow KTM rider Jonny Walker in the championship standings with two rounds remaining, including one in Brazil this coming weekend.
Danny McCanney finished ninth with two 10th place rides and an eighth, grabbing the holeshot in the reverse-start second race.
