Fridge-freezers, a washing machine and a ladder towel radiator have been found dumped in Axnfell plantation in Lonan.
Police are investigating how the items ended up in the area and would like to hear from anyone who has any knowledge of this.
In particular, officers are interested in speaking to anyone who has been approached or offered a removal service for any old white goods.
It’s possible the person responsible is charging for their removal and then dumping the items without paying for their disposal.
The incident came to light on Thursday, June 19, when the items were discovered in the plantation.
